We really enjoyed a double room provided with garden and a balcony, for example. Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes was a bonus. The location was marvellous and phenomenal in a great area, really close to fashion square, Scottsdale entertainment district and all of which are within walking distance.

Newly remodelled, luxurious room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and terry cloth bathrobes. Good view of the zen garden and pool area from the window. Absolutely perfect and favourable location, 15 minutes' walk to Shade Lounge. Great restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Also, location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an upscale mall. The hotel itself was in a tourist area, so close to tourist area and mall and the mall and all the prime Scottsdale clubs for good music.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at W in Arizona for a family visit. We've stayed at W in Los Angeles before and loved it, so we were excited for our stay here. The hotel has a unique and stylish vibe, and we were impressed with the size of the rooms and the comfortable beds. The room service was available all night and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We especially enjoyed the cocktails at the pool and at the Living Room and Roku bars. Armando, Daniel, and Lexi made our experience even more enjoyable with their awesome service. Plus, we received complimentary champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. we had a nice time and the hotel staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful.

Awesome food, great service and great view of the zen garden and pool area. Extremely spacious, well-appointed rooms with a coffeemaker, a work desk and TV with DVD player. Extremely comfy beds and best and respectful staff.

The hotel also offers a variety of services, including dry cleaning and shuttle service, which made our stay even more convenient. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
